Job Description

We are currently seeking a Reporting/Database/.NET developer for my client’s Southern Connecticut location. The individual will be a key member of the development team designing and developing reporting and data solutions for a myriad of healthcare-industry clients.

Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, designing and developing reports, reporting solutions, data entry applications, participating in architecting, designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring and documenting software, and providing emergency response as needed to correct system failures.

Requirements:

?3-5 years in a .net/SQL Server development environment.
?2-3 years experience with VB, Excel VBA, ASP.NET, C#, XML, MS SQL Server 2000, 2005, DTS, MS Reporting Services, MS OLAP Analysis Services, development
?2-3 years in database development and modeling (SQL Server, Oracle 9i)
?Knowledge, experience with Excel VBA database applications, OLAP, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, VS 2005, MS Office APIs, .net database applications
?Solid understanding of the development and troubleshooting of Excel and thick client applications
?Experience in managing multiple projects
?Reporting and application migration a plus
?Ability to set and meet deadlines
?Excellent written and verbal communication skills
?Strong interpersonal skills
