Data Modeler / Cognos Developer
Cognos Developer/Data Modeler to support IT systems in all phases of the system lifecycle. Participate in business process and systems analysis, detailed solution design, solution development, detailed application testing and debugging, creating and reviewing technical and testing/validation documentation, providing 1st/2nd level systems support and issue resolution across all shifts, ad hoc queries, infrastructure change assessment, installation and support of commercial software, development/testing of business continuity and disaster recovery plans, and technical support/administration. All of these activities must take place in a manner consistent with any applicable regulatory requirements. Requires regular interaction with representatives from other business units and peers within IT and Quality Operations as needed to support these activities. Support manufacturing, safety, quality, and environmental projects, needs, goals, and objectives as well as daily optimization of manufacturing and business processes. Candidates must be efficient using MS Office applications. database knowledge should include SQL Server, Access, DB2. Candidates must have 2-4 year college degree.
