Curriculum Designer

Main responsibilities are to develop, update, and revise existing curriculum and documents in such a way as to ensure a positive impact on individual and organizational performance. Must be able to manage individual projects without supervision.

Essential Job Functions:
•Conducts job task an training needs analysis
•Implements Adult Learning and Accelerated Learning Theory in course design
•Ensure that performance needs are aligned with business goals
•Contributes in meetings with business partners at all levels of management
•Collaborates with and establishes good rapport with subject matter experts throughout FCBI
•Maintains all principles of the English language in all materials both oral and written
•Maintains current and complete knowledge of company policies and procedures
•Periodically assists in evaluating FCBI training to determine effectiveness
•Facilitates Curriculum Improvement Sessions
•Trains non-management support department staff, as needed
•Adjust work schedule based on business needs
•Maintain knowledge of current training methodologies

Additional Requirements:
Performs other duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience:
Must have high school diploma, at least a 4 year degree in a related field, and/or at least 4 years training and development experience. Banking or financial services experience preferred.

Job Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and time management skills.
