Crystal Enterprise Developer

Requirements Analysis
Gather and analyze user requirements; write report specifications, identify required objects and elements
Databases
(SQL Server 7/2000 is primary focus; occasional work with Oracle 9)
Write SQL Server stored procedures ranging from simple to complex
•Write SQL queries
•Investigate data inconsistencies
Crystal Reports (CR)
•Develop CR templates (including parameterized templates) using database tables, stored procedures, business views, and CR “Command” data function. Requires expert knowledge of CR and creativity in report development.
Business View Manager (BVM), Crystal Enterprise
•Develop business view foundations, business elements, and business views
•Define CE security model
•Implement row-level and column-level security at business foundation level
•Troubleshoot BVM issues
Crystal Enterprise Management
•Publish report to templates and other objects into CE
•Define CE calendar schedules
•Create events for report run schedule

Other Skills
•Create/manipulate Javascript code to customize CE functions
REQUIREMENTS
U.S. Citizenship is required. Candidates must be able to pass an FBI background check.

Candidate will be the primary point person within the CIO’s office for Crystal Enterprise (CE). Very strong experience
