Corporate Documentation Coordinator
Position ResponsibilitiesResponsible for formatting and publication of all technical documentation in RTP. Responsible for coordination worldwide of all documentation activities.

Will have interfaces in Europe, Asia and North America. Work with development teams in order to coordinate overall documentation strategy corporate wide.
Will have management of the functions surrounding documentation utilizing resources in other line manager's teams.

Global direction for all documentation outsourcing.

Will include providing direction in any decisions on choices of such outsource contract resources including technical evaluation.

Will be responsible for establishing standards and quality expectations for outsourced documentation.
Will furnish templates as needed.

Will be the liaison between all development teams and the outsourced facility.

Global direction for all documentation styles and formatting

Generation and maintenance of Document Style Guides

Generation of macros and style formatting tools

Conversion between popular document formats and file types
