Computer Specialist

The Computer Specialist will develop IT business strategy that will help grow the company and allow it to operate in a more efficient manner. The individual we are looking for must proactive and self-motivated with the ability to identify problems, evaluate solutions, and resolve issues.

Must have the ability to train others and develop training procedures and materals. Will be required to educate staff on the various software applications available with the goal of obtaining higher productivity and employee satisfaction.
REQUIREMENTS
Be able to install, configure, and suppport the organizational network. Perform minor repairs to hardware, software, and peripheral equipment. Be able to use programming skills to modify and customize commercial applications for internal needs when appropriate. Previous experience required working with all Microsoft software products including the ability to write program. Experience also required in SQL and Crystal Reports.
