Computer Operator Tech Support & Operations

Classification: Consulting Compensation: Pay up to $20 per hour Provide administrative support for technology resources utilizing automated and manual tools to ensure the timely delivery of computer services such as process completion, data output and delivery.
Computer system monitoring, control, problem reporting, trouble shooting, support coordination and resolution in a 24X7 operation.Daily management of production schedule, printing subsystems, output delivery, files transfer, and tape library rotation. After hours Help Desk coverage to end users including coordination with remote problem management systems.
Communicate effectively to Senior Management on issues or events.Technicians will gain practical experience with a broad range of software, hardware and application technology including SAP, WMS (NJ & JAX), UNIX, network, desktop, remote PC, email.This position is shift work from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. rotating between 3 day and 4 day per week schedules.All applicants applying for U.S. job openings must be authorized to work in the United States.
