Ceramic Process Engineer

Manufacturer of precision ceramic products needs a Process Engineer with Front End processing experience.

Responsibilities include: Batching, Casting, and Processing of Ceramic Tape for MLC products. Will work closely with manufacturing personnel in the implementation of new ideas and procedures, installation of new processes, and successful completion of projects, with adherence to all quality and safety standards. Will work closely with operators and technicians to improve yields and quality of products.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful Candidate will have a BS degree in Materials Science or Ceramic Engineering and some industrial experience in a high volume manufacturing environment.
Must have a high degree of computer literacy and successful experience in project management.
Must have excellent communications skills, both oral and written, in order to work well with people at all levels of the organization.
Must be able to work with operators, and help them to understand the importance of outstanding quality and high yields.
