We are looking for an innovative and gifted Graphic Designer, capable of design and production for both print and web, to join our growing inhouse design group. Description – This position is responsible for the design and production of monthly agent field force publications for both print and web, collaborating with the Managing Editor, Staff Writer(s) and other designers on staff. Responsibilities also include the design and print production of agent field force sales tools, marketing collateral and advertising pieces for several product lines. In addition, the position will design and produce printed training materials as needed.


Job Requirements


Education – Degree in graphic design or equivalent work experience.

Qualifications – 5-7 years experience in print design and at least 3 years of experience on web-based material. Position requires a demonstrated understanding of the principles of design including typography and color, and proven experience with print layout and design skills. The ideal candidate will also be able to translate printed designs to the web, using HTML and CSS. We are looking for an expert in Adobe CS2 and Macromedia Dreamweaver on Macintosh platform. It is even better if you know how to use Acrobat to its fullest. Great candidates will have excellent project management skills, a flexible design skill for different media, a proven ability to work with multiple deadlines, and working quickly and accurately with attention to detail.

Working Conditions – Occasionally bends/stoops, crouches/kneels, and pushes/pulls. Rarely lifts up to 10 pounds. Spends 10% of time walking and 90% sitting. Frequent and extensive computer usage. Non-smoking environment.
