REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 7 years experience in full life-cycle development. Minimum 3 years experience in leading a web development team. Proven track record in the successful delivery and project management of web products. Experience with the following: Nhibernate; Domain Driven Design; Pattern-based Development; Workflow; and Object Oriented Programming. Strong web experience including ASP, ASP.net, C#, MsSQL, XML, XSL, HTML, XHtml and CSS. Highly proficient in systems integration and solutions development for .NET. Strong communication and analysis skills - sufficient to ensure that business requirements can be determined and translated into technical solutions accurately. Experience of leading development work through architecture, design and delivered applications. Excellent communication skills and a logical and methodical thinker. Expertise in building highly interactive, scalable, database-backed web applications. Strong leadership and man management skills. Preferred: Agile XP, Scrum development experience. Competency with MS Project. Aspect Oriented Programming. Identity Management. Experience in supporting a wide variety of web browsers. Duties: Day-to-day and line management of development team (minimum 3 experienced developers) including recruitment and performance management. Ensuring that all development projects undertaken are delivered on time, to the required standard and within budget. Planning of development tasks and tracking progress, ensuring that proper procedures and project management framework are being followed. Responsibility for writing technical specifications and other appropriate documentation. Ensuring that all development work adheres to agreed architecture guidelines.
