Business Systems Analyst - ITS

Classification: Full Time Compensation: $60000 to $75000 per year The Systems Analyst position performs systems analysis, design, coding, testing and implementation for software development initiatives driven by a business need. This role can perform specific assignments as part of a project team or work independently on small to medium sized enhancements or production support assignments. This position also performs technical project management.
Major Duties:Analysis - Identifies root cause of problems, provides options for resolution and documents outcome of analysis. Analyzes existing system components including input and output requirements, process and data flows and hardware and software requirements. Provides consultation in areas of expertise and/or 3rd party software products, e.g. CRM, etc.
Design, Programming - Interprets business requirements for small enhancements and/or projects and translates them into system specifications including process and data flows and program specifications. Occasionally recommend technologies to be used in building the solution. Develop programs based on business requirements and system specifications and follow standards for development. Unit test work developed and support QA testing. Occasionally coordinates and executes integration testing for development efforts. Participate in providing implementation plans and supports migrations through the various environments. Occasionally responsible for the coordination and implementation of small enhancements from end to end.
Responsible for preparing and maintaining system documentation for system support and other needs.
