Building Engineer, Laborers, Landscape Lead & Housekeeping Lead

Gulfstream Park Racing & Casino is now hiring positions for our Facilities Department. Positions Available include:

BUILDING ENGINEER
F/T position for professional individual to help manage a large entertainment facility. Must have experience with building maintenance including HVAC systems, lighting equipment, fire control systems, elevator equipment, and kitchen equipment. Trade skills including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing experience is also required. Candidate must be a self-starter and be able to identify and resolve problems quickly. High school diploma or GED plus relevant technical training and 3 years related experience is required.


HOUSEKEEPING LEAD
F/T position for professional individual to help with the overall maintenance and cleanliness of a large entertainment facility. Individual will help maintain and clean as well as oversee the cleaning contractor. High school diploma or GED is preferred. Three years experience in housekeeping maintenance as well as supervisory experience is required.


LANDSCAPE LEAD
F/T position for professional individual to help with landscaping and ground maintenance as well as oversee the landscape contractor. High school diploma or GED is preferred. Three years experience in landscaping and ground maintenance as well as supervisory experience is required.


GENERAL LABORER
F/T position for individual to perform general laborer duties including general building maintenance, ability to safely lift heavy items and other general laborer tasks as assigned. We have both 1st and 2nd shift available. Candidates must have reliable transportation and have the ability to understand English.
