Audio/Video Lead Tech
Purpose: 1) Your responsibilities will include field installation of horizontal low-voltage audio and video wiring and connectorization, equipment racks for audio and video equipment, patch panels, cable pathway supports, loudspeakers for program and sound reinforcement, digital display devices including front and rear projection systems, plasma, and LCD displays. Also required will be recording and reporting of your hours worked in company systems, attendance and participation in customer and company meetings as required, and other related tasks as necessary.
2)You will be required to familiarize yourself with and adhere to clients standards and practices for low-voltage wiring and commercial audiovisual systems.
3)You will be responsible for providing your own personal tools, including but not limited to: screw driver set, diagonal cutters, channel-lock pliers, drywall saw, needle nose pliers, nut driver set, Allen wrench set, appropriate crimpers, and a light duty cordless drill/driver.
4)Client will provide larger tools, including but not limited to: test equipment, Hammer drill, cordless drill, fish tape, punch down tool replacement heads (110, BIX, 66), steel-toe work boots (per policy), safety glasses and hardhat (as required).
