Associate Designer, Woven Shirts, Men's Rugby & RRL

Purpose and Scope: Work with Concept Designer and Senior Product Director to meet the creative and business objectives of the woven shirt lines for RRL and Rugby Brands.Responsibilities: Research and Design Patternwork to meet the creative objectives and merchandising needs seasonally.
Research new models and create flat sketches to convey design ideas.
Create inspirational design presentation boards for all design meetings.
Anticipate and Proactively partner with all team members to ensure all calendar milestones are met.
Photograph all design boards “IN’s” for accurate record keeping.
Partner with Product Development teams to ensure detailed and accurate design completion/handoff.
Tracking and Budgeting of all Design Rentals.
Attend all model/Trim meetings and coordinate information for accurate product development handoff.
Review and Correct all Samples prior to line review and ensure all changes/comments are communicated to product development/design teams.
Work with Graphics/Art Departments for Stating and Design Presentations.
Assist with seasonal blanket development. REQUIREMENTS
Job Requirements: College Degree.
2-3 years experience in Men’s Woven Shirt Design.
Sketching/ Illustrator experience.
Knowledge in Web PDM is a plus.
Strong communication skills.
