Art Director

Nashville based company seeks a talented Art Director. The Art Director is responsible for the allocation of resources within the creative team. Responsibilities include managing, leading and inspiring a team of creative managers, creative designers, and production artists. Responsible for working with the design team to concept and execute presentations and develop products. The ability to structure each project’s parameters and define resources to meet the creative strategy while working within a budget is key to this position. Additional responsibilities include staying abreast of current trends, presenting concepts to internal management, and spreading expertise, enthusiasm and innovation throughout the creative department. This position reports directly to the Managing Director. A strong understanding of how to produce high quality gift products is vital to the success of this position.
