Job functions include:
·Providing design support for completion/execution of design concepts utilizing CAD.
·Preparing schematics and design development drawings, resolving design issues and analyzing design options.The ideal candidate should have the following:
·5-8 years of applicable experience
·A degree in architecture is preferred
·Freehand sketching abilities, fundamental building industry knowledge, and general knowledge of building codes and structures.
· Proficiency in AutoCAD, and Architectural Desktop. Revit experience is a plus.
·Graphic capabilities (Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D Max, InDesign) are a plus
·Project management experience is also a plus.
·Client-focused team player with strong people, communication, computer and leadership skills.
·Entrepreneurial spirit is a must.
