Architectural CAD DraftsmanWe are looking for someone with very good drafing skills and desires to be a project manager.Management applicants must be self motivated as well as a team player.Responsibilities would include project research, site assessment, customer relations, design, detailing and production of working drawings with related sub consultant documents, all completed with minimal input from owner.Projects include residential, commercial, retail, religious and light industrial.
REQUIREMENTSThe successful candidate will need an excellent working knowledge of AutoCad release 2004 and Architectural drafting & design.Must be able to start a project from scratch and carry through working drawings.Management postition will include working with clients, coordinating with sub consultants and meeting the requirements of Local Governing Authorities taking projects to completion with minimal assistance.Individual must possess excellent communication skills and be self-motivated, with the ability to work alone and as part of a team.Applicants required to be living in or around St. Petersburg, Fl, at time of application.
