Michael Baker Jr, Inc. Raked among the top 50 national design firms (ENR 2005) is growing! The Phoenix architecture, civil and transportation depts have entry to senior level opportunities. All positions require strong communication and organizational skills:


Architects-Bachelors degree in architecture, AIT or RA along with knowledge /exp with research, planning, design and administration of building projects for DOD, municipal and private sector clients.


CAD Technicians & Designers-Assoc degreee and knowledge of AutoCAD, LDD3 or MicroStation.


Engineers-Bachelors degree in civil engineering, EIT or PE along with knowledge/exp in civil, land development, roadway /highway, traffic, drainage and/or bridge design.


Marketing Manager-Bachelors degree with 10 yrs experience working in A & E industry. Strong proposal writing, graphics, business development and leadership skills required. DOD experience preferred


HR Associate-Bachelors deree and 3-5 yrs experience providing support in various HR functions. Knowledge of Oracle, HRMS preferred.
