Application Support Level 2 Specialist

Classification: Consulting Compensation: $14.00 to $17.00 per hour Robert Half Technology has been retained by an industry-leading Company to find a Help Desk Application Support Level 2 with 3+ years of experience. This is a great opportunity to build experience and get noticed for a rapidly growing and progressive company!Duties will be to perform problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution steps. The ideal individual must be able to resolve and troubleshoot escalated problems on the phone, while more complex problems may be referred to third level support or higher. You will fully log all requests for IT service into the clients ticketing systems, escalate request if required, and manage all requests to closure. Will ideally perform problem recognition, research, isolation and resolution steps on requests for technology service. Will need to resolve all service requests in the areas of all client supported Applications (internal and external), MS-Office 2000, Windows 2000, Windows XP, printers, copiers, and fax machines. You must have 3 + years of experience in delivering Help Desk support on the phone.
