Application Support Analyst

Purpose: Job Description/Summary of Duties/Specific Skills Required: Define, implement and support PHS - Pathways Healthcare Scheduling application. Interface with end-users, other IT groups, and vendors to identify and resolve issues. Maintain comprehensive product knowledge. Maintain software and documentation at up-to-date levels. AS in computer-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 5 years IT or relevant functional area experience. Requires demonstrated understanding of technical computer operations in a client/server environment. Experience with IT project management. Normal hours 8 - 5 Mon - Fri. Will require some after hours and weekends for upgrades and special processing. Will participate in after hours call rotation
