Application Development Analyst

Technisource is a national provider of technology services, focused on achieving the unique goals of our clients and consultants. We have an immediate opening for a Applicaiton Development Analyst in Dallas TX. (Note: A college degree is required.)

Summary: Responsible for the implementation, administration, maintenance, development and integration of moderately complex application software.

·Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1.Perform application administration functions for ERP software applications including configuration, security, tuning, troubleshooting, testing and maintenance packs and patches.
2.Design and develop software modules for integration of ERP software with other internal software applications and other external business entities.
3.Create reports against ERP application databases where ERP reporting functionality does not meet client reporting needs.
4.Use excellent communication skills to work closely with all customers, business analysts, and project team members to understand business IT requirements that drive the analysis and design of technical solutions that are in compliance with architectural blueprints and business strategies. Customer is defined as internal software users, external software vendors, and any external company that has an IT need.
5.Performs requirements gathering, application design, code development, define criteria and perform testing and debugging while documenting and maintaining all IT programs.
6.Use Windows architecture and Internet Information Server.
7.Programming using SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio, XML, HTML and Java throughout implementation process.

·Education/Experience
1.Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related degree required.
2.Must have 1-2 years of IT experience
