Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to facilitate the use of technology by the end-user and to ensure that the software system is performing at its highest performance level. This is a full time, benefit eligible position.

Job Duties:

•Implements, supports, and enhances current and new application software
•Generates crystal reports
•Creates project plans and timelines
•Installs application updates
•Develops test plans

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:

•4 year college degree preferred or equivalent computer skills / information systems on the job training
•4-8 years as an application analyst
•Must be familiar with data processing concepts and have experience working with mainframe or client server applications
•Business and clinical application skills
•EpicCare Ambulatory experience Required
•EpicCare Inpatient experience a Plus
