Primary activities include:Gathering and documenting business requirements
Designing end-user interfaces and reports
Testing and documenting new functionalityResponsibilitiesFacilitate requirements gathering and design sessions
Document and prioritize requirements
Review requirements and design with developers and clients
Work with developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Analyze clients workflow and build logical workflow models
Design screens and reports
Manage project issues relating to client partners
Develop, coordinate, and execute test plans
Produce enhancement documentation and implementation guidelines
Participate in end-user training as neededQualifications
Minimum QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent, 6 months business-related work experience in a customer support or industry-related position (Optimal – Post-secondary education in a business- or computer related field of study)
Demonstrated verbal and written skills
Effective listening skills
Demonstrated negotiation and persuasion skills
Ability to manage time and multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrated decision making, analytical, and problem solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products
Strong interpersonal skills that foster relationship building
