EDUCATION: Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Computer Science, OR Bachelor''s degree with clinical certification (RN, PharmD, RRT, MT(ASCP), ARRT). Proven track record with process re-design/workflow analysis.
Minimum Requirements - EXPERIENCE: 6 years experience in workflow analysis, process redesign/engineering, and/or clinical performance improvement in a healthcare delivery setting is required. Thorough knowledge of clinical operations improvement and clinical information systems implementation is desired. Minimum of 3 years of healthcare operations experience is required. Project management experience in a team environment is preferred.
Minimum Requirements - SKILLS: MS-Project, Word, Excel, Visio, Outlook. Working knowledge of tools, concepts, methodologies and techniques of business process analysis and modeling, including process design, flow charting, root cause analysis, cost/benefit analysis, process mapping, data modeling, problem identification and interpretation, process change management, and performance measures. Excellent written/verbal communication. Strong analytical ability. Experience with Epic applications desired.
