ARCHITECT - Job CaptainHOWELL BELANGER CASTELLI ARCHITECTS, P.C. is a well established and growing Architectural Design firm with NYC and Long Island offices. Our practice is focused on the design and development of custom retail stores. Our projects consist of both new construction and reconfigurations of existing buildings and spaces. Clients consist of national retailers and developers. Our practice has continued to grow and we are expanding to meet the increased work load.We are seeking an Architectural graduate with a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in construction document development, detailing and coordination. AutoCAD proficiency is required and MicroStation is a plus.Skills required include:Ability to self motivate, ability to work in groups, resourcefulness, excellent communication abilities and ability to multitask.Responsibilities will include:Architectural project development in; design development, construction document development and construction administration phases and mild client relations.We offer medical insurance, 401(k) plan, paid holidays, vacation time, sick days and performance bonuses.
