This IT Senior Manager is responsible for the management of 25 exempt professionals as well as the direction of cross functional teams associated with specific initiatives. Must have a broad knowledge of the interactions of the overall NAIT organization and is considered a subject matter expert in the areas of RSSI statement processing and Web technologies. Must be able to lead and manage technical teams to positively influence motivation, drive success and actively participate in solving complex cross organizational issues. This manager must possess strong skills in the areas of management, financials, planning and indepth industry knowledge and must be able to set the strategic direction for the team. REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or similar field, preferred. Extensive previous experience in people management with a proven track record of effective delegation, motivation and employee and customer satisfaction. Strong knowledge of the consumer lending business and its organizational dynamics. Strong technical knowledge in several IT disciplines, depending on the area of direct management including Project Management Office, Architecture and Planning, Governance, Systems Development, Testing, Engineering, Client Services or IT Operations.
