Application Systems Analyst - Lead



A Application Systems Analyst - Lead is responsible for crafting moderately complex project definitions by recommending technology client/server, server-side, mid-range and/or mainframe application alternatives to meet business needs. A Application Systems Analyst - Lead also provides subject matter expertise/guidance in the design and deployment of the application product suite and ensures the integrity of the product suite throughout the International and Domestic markets. A Application Systems Analyst - Lead works extensively with technical peers, business owners, and less-experienced application analyst to maintain the operations of a domain of applications. A Application Systems Analyst - Lead may work independently or as technical lead on several concurrent projects of moderate to significant complexity. A Application Systems Analyst - Lead assists in the creation of the standards and procedures used to govern the work of the IT organization.
REQUIREMENTS
BA/BS. +Minimum of 6-10 years experience in application analysis. 2-5 years experience in handling analysis for multiple large, complex and cross functional projects with emphasis on systems, technologies, and business process redesign with thorough understanding of impact of technology on field operations and customer service. Knowledge of financial applications is highly desirable. Strong business and analytical skills are required. 2-5 years experience in a dynamic, fast paced consumer financial services company is preferred. Experience with project management tools (MS Project, PlanView, Primavera) and testing tools (Winrunner, Test Director) is desired.
