ADVERTISING CREATIVE SUPERVISOR

TUCSON NEWSPAPERS, the support agency for the Arizona Daily Star and The Tucson Citizen, is seeking a Creative Supervisor for the Advertising department.
The successful candidate will supervise a team of 10+ Graphic Designers who produce production work.

Duties include:
Manage daily workflow to meet production deadlines
Maintain equipment and troubleshoot ad file problems
Produce productivity reports
Provide technical support to customers
REQUIREMENTS
The successful candidate will possess:
Advanced MAC skills
At least 2 years of supervisory experience
Solid verbal and communication skills
Problem-solving skills
A 4-year art degree or equivalent
At lease 4+ year’s experience in print ad design
Advanced working knowledge of QuarkXpress, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel, Word and Outlook
Training experience preferred
