AD DESIGNER

AD DESIGNER

Will produce advertisements for newspaper and online advertising utilizing current desktop publishing technology and computer software packages. Responsibilities include: determining style, size and arrangement of type and illustrations for all types of ads; editing photo information in Photoshop software; and producing advertising headings, maps and previously designed logos, including those for online use.
REQUIREMENTS
Requires Associate’s degree in Graphic Design or related field and two years experience in desktop publishing and print production. Must possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in use of Macintosh hardware and advanced skill level with Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Quark ad composition software as well as Flash, Dreamweaver, etc. Prior experience in web ad design is preferred.
