The Position:

As a Navision Developer, you will have a wide variety of technical responsibilities around custom Navision development. You will be responsible for the design and implementation of customizations using Microsoft Navision's built-in development tools (C/SIDE & C/AL). In terms of development, you'll be involved in testing, debugging, data conversion, report writing, project management, and technical documentation for numerous custom development projects. You'll also assist in occassional provision of technical support to the internal team, as well as Customer Service departments.

Must Haves:

* Direct and recent experience developing customizations in Microsoft Navision using built-in development tools
* Experience with Serenic Navigator, LS Retail, and other ISV programs.
* Minimum 2+ years Navision development experience
* Team player with strong interpersonal skills
* Strong customer service and problem solving skills
* Great communication and writing skills
* Entrepreneurial, self-motivated

Nice to Haves:

* Navision Solution Developer Certification
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, software engineering or electronics engineering

How Peformance will be Measured:

Evaluations are done annually by the Navision Development Manager and company Presidnet. Performance is based primarily on meeting billable goals.

Career path is to become a master Navision developer with experience in several large industry add-ons including LS Retail and Serenic as well as internal own add-ons (ChargeLogic, handhelds, web services, etc.)
