ePharma Sales Representative

Purpose: : The eSales Representative is primarily responsible for sales strategy implementation via alternative communication channels (telephone & internet). The eSales Team objective is implement new channels of promotion as well as integrate with existing promotional channels. The eSales team works closely with sales training, sales force operations, the brand teams, and sales services to provide relavant information to health care professionals. The position is located in Indianapolis and functions in an interactive call center environment. The eSales Representative will be exposed to all major primary care brands and must be ready to discuss/deliver selling messages at the time the physician requests.Location: Indianapolis LTC South, reports to ePharma Sales Manager.Position Responsibilities:-Implement the US Affiliate Battle Plan (current portfolio & PCP launch products) with respect to strategic message delivery across PCP portfolio via a multi channel approach.
-Align with field sales organization to coordinate physician contact & follow up to impact demand realization.

REQUIREMENTS
Requirements:-BS/BA degree or higher
-Maturity in working with peers internally and in field to drive sales results as primary objective.
-Implementation skills with ability to creatively engage customer in selling dialogue.
-Communication skills providing for a meaningful tele-sales dialoguePreferences:
-Previous Pharma sales experience
-Call center experience (sales or customer service)
