Winback Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Winback Customer Service Representative will be responsible for contacting current customers within a Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of $300 to $750, to renew their Xspedius services contract. Convince them to stay with the company should they be considering a competitive alternative and sell them additional products and services for their existing Xspedius locations or other businesses within our corporate footprint. Under direct supervision, they will meet retention objectives by proactively working with customer contacts, developing and closing renewal and opportunities, and saving customers from competitive threats.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Contact current customers by telemarketing into assigned customer base and complete customer renewal agreements. Coordinate with internal and external resources to ensure timely and profitable implementation of renewals. Where applicable/reasonable, identify, coordinate and address resolution to customer issues. Develop and consistently improve understanding and expertise in use of company systems as well as understanding current Win-Back promotions, products and pricing. Develop and maintain professional relationship with customers within assigned base to ensure the continuation of company profitable revenues.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge and Skill Requirements
Educational/Specialized/Technical:
Telecommunications industry knowledge is desirable.
Customer service or sales experience essential.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Bachelors or equivalent related experience

Experience:
Three to five years related sales/customer contact experience. Focus on customer retention preferred
