Whole Body Body Care Specialist

Performs all functions related to breaking down deliveries moving back stock to floor, and merchandising new products and stocking shelves. Purchases Body Care/whole body products and participates in regional program for purchasing and promotions. Assist Team Leader in organizing and developing promotional displays; maintain back room, training of entry-level grocery clerks. Principle Duties and Responsibilities: Perform all duties and responsibilities of Whole Body Team Member.Orders all primary Body Care sub department products.Responsible for achieving and exceeding margin and sales targets.Request and ensure proper signs for all sale items.Participates in regional promotional program.Process invoices and returns.Controls spoilage; generate turn movements: and participates in monthly inventory. Build displays and request appropriate signage. Must receive TCS scores of 9. Or better. Comply with all applicable State Health and Safety Codes.Provide excellent customer service. Perform other duties, as assigned by Team Leaders.
REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge, skills and abilities required: Minimum 1 year retail Whole Body experience, or equivalent. Proficient in math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division). Excellent organizational skills. Ability to perform physical requirements of position. Proper use of baler (must be 18 years of age or older). Ability to work well with others. Working conditions: Standing and walking for extended periods of time up to 8-10 hours. Bending, stooping, climbing. Unassisted heavy lifting. Work in varying temperatures. Use of box cutters. Use of ladders. Iteration of duties. Additional Responsibilities: Maintain a safe and sanitary department. Report all life safety and fire hazards to your Team Leader for correction. Comply with all occupational safety and health regulations. Report all accidents and injuries to your Team Leader or Store Leadership immediately.
