and professionally in order to encourage a positive customer experience in the Retail store. The Greeter
assesses the cusomter's situation to determine the sales/service request a well as type and quality of
merchandise desired. The Greeter maintains control of the customer queue, which includes setting an
expectation of wait time for each customer; promoting and displaying products and features to customers
as they wait; and utlimately transitioning each customer to a sales/service representative. The Greeter
acquires and maintains product knowledge by attending training and reviewing product literature.There is no relocation package offered for this position.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum Requirements:Good verbal communication skills. Aptitude to learn communication products
and services. Ability to provide high level of customer service in a fast-paced environment. Ability to
balance cash registers and reconcile transactions. Flexibility with work schedule; willingness to work
weekends.Education:High School degree or equivalent.Experience:0-1 year of retail sales, customer service or telecommunications experience.Qualifications:Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills a plus.
