Welcome Ambassador

Welcome and escort guests to and from their rooms and assist with luggage. Explain hotel and guest room features and amenities. Responsible for providing exceptional guest service upon guest check in and check out. Ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. on a regular and consistent basis and to push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and overnights is required.
