We are looking for a new addition to our great team. We currently have an opportunity for a Warranty Service Representative located in our Reston VA offices.


Responsibilities:
Coordinates and schedules the repairs of warranty items with the homeowner and subcontractor
Provides homeowner assistance, guidance and anticipated completion of work in relation to warranty service
Thorough knowledge and understanding of the limited warranty
Maintain and order all supplies required to complete warranty deficiencies
Process and approve invoices and back-charges
Adhere to company safety standards and help promote a safe working environment for office and field warranty employees, subcontractors, and homeowners.Adhere to the Mission, Vision and Values of Stanley Martin Companies
REQUIREMENTS
Residential construction and/or warranty experience required and are able to make minor repairs
College degree is required
Available for emergency weekend duty as assigned
Excellent organizational skills
A team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
