Vice President Customer Service

Industry leading company seeks Vice President of Customer Service Operations to oversee company Inbound Call Centers.This is a position which requires a proficient,take charge individual who likes working in a autonomous environment.

Focus will be on basic call center expectations---meeting service levels,operating efficiencies,process improvements,technology utilization,people development,revenue generation, client relationships.

Position is responsible for approximately 3000 staff in multiple-sites.



Requirements: Bachelors Degree.

Ten years Senior Call Center Management experience with emphasis on developing an organization while meeting business objectives

Strong communication skills

Leadership skills,Management development skills

Ability to manage multi-site , multi-task environment.

Managing people,process and technology.



Experience managing:Line Operations, Financials, Training,Q/A,WFM,Staffing,etc.Entire operation multiple facilities.

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000/Year Plus 30% bonus potential.

Self starter, Leader, General Manager leadership experience
Graduate degree preferred, Bachelors required
P&L experience at Senior Executive level
Extensive Call Center management/leadership experience
Extensive Senior Management experience
Excellent leadership, motivational, organizational development skills
Fiscal management experience for large business enterprise
Reorganization and restructuring experience
Technology literate
Inbound sales and customer service experience
