RESPONSIBILITIES: The principal responsibilities of the Vice President of Co-Branded Sales include: 1. Management of the Co-Branded Sales business function and 3 VP-level FTE. 2. Translate the corporate goals into quantifiable and tangible results by the sales of co-branded programs in the US, by contributing to incremental sales from co-branded programs annually. 3. Set direction and strategy for the acquisition and retention of co-branded programs. Communicate detailed direction and strategy for the acquisition and retention of key co-branded programs to a Visa-wide audience as well as to the member community. 4. Provide in-depth and comprehensive cross-functional leadership, by directing, coaching and influencing, the execution of the co-branded strategies as well as for the specific plans for each co-branded program acquisition. 5. Develop and execute co-branded strategies, goals and plans that are founded in proven industry knowledge and experience, and in-depth knowledge of Visa. Secondary job responsibilities: This role is responsible for providing significant, Visa-wide cross-functional leadership for the planning and execution of co-branded plans and programs by directing, influencing and coaching toward flawless execution and achievement of co-branded strategies and goals.

REQUIREMENTS: Outstanding sales and relationship management skills are required for this position. Successful experience in partnership selling and management to high profile industry accounts is a must. Recognized, in-depth "industry-expert" knowledge of the payments industry, financial controls and legal impacts of contract management are a must. 10 years experience in partnership sales and relationship management is strongly suggested, with a strong background in the payments industry a plus. Proven management experience is strongly preferred.
