UNIFI SUPPORT HELPDESK SPECIALIST:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Providing UniFi support to users in a timely and professional manner
•Troubleshooting & resolving user issues regarding all aspects of the mortgage business
•Tracking issues, writing project requests, following up on user issues
•Available to work between the hours of 8am and 9pm
REQUIREMENTS
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
• Knowledge of Origination, Processing, U/W, & Closing procedures
•Excellent communications and computer skills
•Knowledge of the UNIFI mortgage software application
