Please indicate which location you are interested in when applying.******POSITION: Site ManagerSECURITY CLEARANCE: AOA security clearanceTYPE: Full TimeLOCATION: Dallas/Fort Worth, TX & Vancouver, British Columbia, CanadaPOSITION DESCRIPTIONThe Site Manager is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of specific electronic systems located at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Will administer the complete system, ensuring system availability to airport customers on 24x7x365 basis while meeting strict service level agreements contractually agreed to with the airport. Will possess the technical skills to assist with repairs and with the day to day maintenance of the overall system. Will direct and mentor a technical staff of 10+ employees to ensure efficient and profitable operation of the site. Will serve as the main point of contact between the company and the customer(s) both internal and external in order to resolve issues as they arise. Will also attend various scheduled meetings to identify items prior that require attention. This is a highly visible position.REQUIRED•MUST HAVE very strong customer service skills in addition to solid written and verbal communication skills.•Requires 4 years experience in airport/ airline industry.•MUST HAVE at least 2 years of experience with FIDS (Flight Information Display Systems) software.•Must also be proficient in MS Office.•MUST HAVE strong client relationship skills and the ability to develop and maintain management reports and budgetary responsibilities on a daily basis. •3+ years management experience with the proven ability to direct and mentor a technical team in a 24/7/365 environment.•MUST BE willing to participate in the on-call rotation and work non-standard hours (shifts) as dictated by schedule and workload. •7+ years of experience in designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, programming, and troubleshooting IT systems•Extensive experience with LAN/WAN protocols in a Windows 2000/XP environment in addition to possessing a strong knowledge of configuring and troubleshooting Windows workstations and associated hardware/software. EDUCATION•MUST HAVE BS/ BA degree or equivalent. POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Site Manager is responsible for the oversight and maintenance of specific electronic systems located at the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. Will administer the complete system, ensuring system availability to airport customers on 24x7x365 basis while meeting strict service level agreements contractually agreed to with the airport.

REQUIRED
