We currently have opportunities for Turn Key Managers in the Charlotte market.

Turn Key Managers in our fine jewelry stores are Store Managers-In-Training assisting in managing day-to-day store operations and being trained in the guidance and leadership necessary to achieve store sales and profit objectives.
REQUIREMENTS
Responsibilities include taking direction from the Regional Manager and the Store Manager regarding assistance in interviewing, hiring, and training employees; learning about planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance, rewarding associates, and problem resolution. These individuals also use highly developed communication skills to provide outstanding customer service to each and every customer. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or retail management, and one to three years of retail experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prefer experience in the jewelry industry and supervisory experience, as well as the ability to relocate. Superior communication skills are required.
