GP is in need of 2 Training Administrators to work at our Indianapolis, Indiana site. We need a part time employee who will be working Monday through Friday from 3pm to 7pm and a full time employee to work traditional hours. REQUIREMENTS
The part time Logistics Administrator will be responsible for preparing the training rooms for the next day's presentation, duties will include:

Assist evening support staff with physical set-up of on-site rooms including configuring tables, setting material, and equipment set-up
Deliver and set class material at off-site locations
Prepare class material for the evening logistics support staff
Collect and return materials after class
Ensure facility janitorial standards are maintained
Responsible for daily quality check of all classroom sets
Run reports for evening support staff
Inventory management


The full time Curriculum Administrator will be responsible for the planning and coordination of the training department, duties will include:

Receives course set-up information from client services team
Support annual master calendar scheduling
Manages event activities including class adds, class cancellations, advertising, enrollments, confirmations, wait lists, facilities scheduling, class close out activities, and reporting.
Enrolls students and maintains course rosters for all scheduled courses.
Enters student attendance records into computer database and provides appropriate reports on attendance to supervisor and/or client.
Maintains records and provides statistical reports to evaluate performance of instructors and monitors progress of trainees.
Provide hotline/help line support.
Work with Management and/or Quality Rep in resolution of Corrective and Preventive actions as directed.
Perform data entry support.
Be able to multitask and be able to prioritize work requirements.
Possess outstanding oral and written communication skills and be able to deal effectively with others.
