Customer Service / Software Training / Web Production

InterTech Media, a growing software company based in Stamford, is seeking a Customer Service / Software Trainer / Web Production to train radio personnel over the phone to use our website software to load and manage content on their websites.

Position requires:
Initiative in making outbound calls to service client needs
Quick response to inbound service requests
Must have a professional phone manner
Strong verbal communication skills
Experience in customer service and/or training is a strong plus
Candidate must be well organized
Must have the ability to research and quickly follow up any questions asked by the clients.
Must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure, and maintain a balance between incoming support calls and existing projects.
We are looking for someone who is team-oriented and comfortable training individuals or groups of clients. Computer skills are a pre-requisite. The ideal candidate would possess both the technical knowledge of the internet, as well as the personality, communication skills and confidence required to deal with the various day-to-day issues of our radio station clients.


Temporary assignment – 3-6 months. Could lead to permanent position.

REQUIREMENTS

Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong computer skills
Professional phone manner
Ability to multi-task and switch gears quickly and efficiently
Extensive knowledge of Photoshop, HTML and CSS Stylesheets
Ability to problem solve and trouble shoot technical issues
Must pay very close attention to detail
Prior customer service or training experience dealing with software or internet tools is a big plus
