Trainer

Trainer is responsible for ensuring training is provided to the Customer Service Department to create new and update existing training materials as needed.
Assist in conducting needs and skill set assessments. Follow up evaluation, monitor and maintain customer service training records database and manage other administrative duties.
Prepare monthly reports of activities.
Coach and train new CSR's and team members on process and procedures.

REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma
College degree preferred.
At least 2 years of experience working in a customer service field and/or employee benefits specifically 401(k). Must be proficient in using Microsoft including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent oral and written communications skills a must.
Must have excellent problem solving ability with strong organizational skills.
