Trades Technician
The minimum requirements are an established knowledge of either the electrical or HVAC trades. The successful candidate should have or will be required to successfully complete the State of Vermont apprentice program. Duties include but are not limited to working on HVAC equipment, plumbing, kitchen equipment, controls, life safety and electrical systems. Successful candidate must have basic computer, communication and inter-personal skills. Working conditions, lifting and dexterity associated with the trades is required. Applicants must be able to lift and move very heavy objects. An offer of employment will be contingent upon the successful completion of a pre-employment physical screening.
This position requires a valid driver license, overtime and rotational call duties. Position is normally a Tuesday through Saturday schedule with some flexible day and hour work schedules.
