Territory Telesales Representative

The Bethlehem, PA office of Receivable Management Services is excited to announce an opening within our Telesales department. The Territory Telesales Representative is a highly depended upon position that services, expands and renews business to achieve revenue for RMS.

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the knowledge, skill and ability to perform the follow responsibilities of a Territory Telesales Representative:

1.Grow revenue opportunities by prospecting assigned companies and reestablishing relationships with drop customers on a monthly basis.
2.Develop account strategies and service requirements for customer relationships utilizing full portfolio of products and preferred technology access methods.
3.Develop strong understanding of internal resources, product offerings, and receivables process.
4.Effectively utilize sales force automation tools to effectively communicate with customers and management, to organize customer relationships and to manage overall customer and prospect portfolios.
REQUIREMENTS
1.High School Diploma/GED required; College degree preferred.
2.Previous sales experience required.
3.Good understanding of technology in order to obtain information on customers and to obtain prospects.
4.Effectively communicate through clearly written proposals and an ability to give strong oral presentations.
5.Ability to identify and solve customer needs, as well as maintain and build customer relationships.
6.Strong organization skills.
