A registry(on-call, as needed)position for a telephone operator is available for an experienced switchboard applicant. The candidate must have previous switchboard experience, hospital/medical experience desired, has an eye for details and able to respond in emergent situations independently. Must be able to provide high quality customer service interactions at all times.
REQUIREMENTS
At least one year previous operator and PBX switchboard experience required. Basic PC skills and ability to handle emergency and emotionally charged callers required. Excellent diction & strong customer focus and satisfaction a must.
