We are currently looking for a Sales Representative for our South Charleston location. In this role you will report to the Trainer or Team Leader. You will be required to meet and exceed set levels of performance daily and weekly, as dictated by the Trainer or Team Leader. The responsibilities include but are not limited to:

* Executing all office sales strategies and selling techniques

* Being open to Trainer and/ or Team Leader direction and coaching

* Adhering to all office policies including attendance, quality control, dress code, breaks, personal phone calls, etc.

* Maintaining honesty and politeness with every customer

* Projecting a positive attitude towards all customers, fellow Sales Reps, and Management

* Meeting and exceeding performance standards

* Customer Service Skills- General areas include: Courtesy, Call Controll, and Compliance
