Telephone Initiator (Entry-level Sales) $3K to 5K/month

*THIS IS THE FIRST STAGE IN OUR LOAN OFFICER TRAINING PROGRAM...POSITION IS FULL-TIME, PAID WITH BENEFITS* The TI (Telephone Initiator)receives in-bound marketing calls from the Customer Service Queue within time-frame established by Customer Service Manager. Review MMC’s two-step process.

Collect detailed, accurate information from borrower specific to the loan application process.

Develop objection handling techniques addressing rates, fees and borrower reluctance.

Establish rapport with borrower to ensure prompt receipt of pre-qualification conditions.

Interface with sales staff, as needed, to collect additional documentation.

Follow through on calls according to company procedures.

Upon completion of 90-day introductory period, employee is required to achieve and maintain, at a minimum, the following application to call ratio, conditions to application ratio and average of inbound calls handled per week performance levels. Originate loans (conventional, government and/or subprime) from
in-bound marketing calls and/or internet leads as assigned.
