GEICO would like to hire Telephone Claims Representatives for its Lakeland office. Telephone Claims Representatives (TCR's) are there when it counts! They provide outstanding customer service to customers who have been involved in an accident. Adjusting and settling claims over the telephone is one of the unique aspects of the GEICO operation. TCR's investigate and resolve claims of disputed liability and coverage. They also handle claims in which our insureds or their passengers are injured. Other responsibilities include preparing claim files for subrogation and working with GEICO's special investigation unit (SIU).
As TCRs are promoted, they handle claims of increasing complexity, including soft-tissue injuries, catastrophic injuries, and lawsuits.
